The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 312 of 2019 arising out of Rikhiya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant is alleged to have solemnized love marriage with the petitioner, but subsequently, there was a demand of motor-cycle and the daughter of the informant was found dead in an unnatural circumstances.
The petitioner appears to be the husband of the deceased and the death was caused within five months of his marriage with the deceased, I am not inclined to allow this application and the same is hereby rejected.
