Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Rakesh @ Santosh Kumar Prasad were apprehended and from their joint possession 5.250 Kg. of Ganja was recovered.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 03.08.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (N), Khunti in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court till conclusion of trial.
