The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 18 of 2010 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2010 corresponding to G. R. No. 148 of 2010.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was suspected to be involved in cultivation of Poppy plants for which he is in custody since 08.11.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge III, Chatra in connection with NDPS Case No. 18 of 2010 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2010 corresponding to G. R. No. 148 of 2010.
