The petitioner has filed this writ petition invoking jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, relief made in para 1 of the writ petition for a direction commanding upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Constable in Giridih District Fore inasmuch as the petitioner was declared successful and a doubt which was created has now been cleared by the pronouncement court dated 23rd April, 2009 passed by Shri S.K. Dubey, J.M, Ist Class, Hazaribagh in G.R. Case No. 592/2006, T.R. No. 274/2009 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been acquitted in the criminal case lodged/initiated by the respondents-authorities.
As the relief sought for by the petitioner was of the year, 2006 and now we are in the year, 2019, hence the relief sought for, has become stale. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby dismissed.
