Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner produced Notification dated 31.01.2012 issued under the signature of Excise Commissioner, Jharkhand, Ranchi, by which the petitioner and others were not required to go under C.T.S training who have attained more than 55 years of age and the petitioner is at the serial no. 15 and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
