The present writ petition has been filed by invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer mentioned at para-1 of the writ petition.
During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner referred to Annexure-6, at page 39, which is representation dated 15.06.2012, whereby petitioner sought for pay protection in the scale of Associate Professor, which is still pending.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submitted that he has no objection and respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-2, within a period of two months.
In view of the submissions, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of six weeks from today and thereafter respondent no.2 is directed to decide the matter within a period of six weeks.
With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the counsel for the parties.
