07/10.06.2019 Mr. Kundan Kumar Ambastha, learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner at the outset has submitted that since the Title Appeal itself has been disposed of, therefore, the order, which is impugned in this writ petition, which has been passed in the aforesaid Title Appeal, hence after its disposal, the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view thereof, he has prayed to withdraw this writ petition.
Mr. S. K. Sahay, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents had also submitted that the Title Appeal has been disposed of.
In view thereof and considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is rendered to be infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
Consequently, I.A. No. 576 of 2018 also stands disposed of.
