05/10.06.2019 Mr. Kundan Kumar Ambastha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that the order impugned has been passed in the Title Appeal No. 27 of 2014 but the aforesaid Title Appeal itself has been disposed of on 08.03.2017 and against the aforesaid Title Appeal, a Second Appeal has been preferred and therefore his submission is that the writ petition has become infructuous and in view thereof, he has prayed to withdraw this writ petition.
Mr. Manish Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has submitted that the Title Appeal itself has been disposed of.
In view thereof and considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is rendered to be infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
