Ms. Kumari Rashmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset has submitted in presence of Mr. Ayush Aditya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the writ petition may be rendered to be infructuous since the order dated 22.04.2016 passed in the Eviction Appeal No.2 of 2011 has already been dismissed against which second appeal being Second Appeal No.85 of 2018 has been filed, which is lying pending before this Court.
In view of such submission, this writ petition is rendered to be infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
