Heard Mr. Shubham Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner.
In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the case being Tax Fixation Application No. 234 of 2010-11 filed by the petitioner for fixation of tax of Holding No. 673 of Ward No. 16 (New) of Giridh Municipality.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unaware about the fact that as to whether the said application has already been disposed of or not.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 (Executive Officer, Giridih Municipal Corporation, Giridih) to dispose of Tax Fixation Application No. 234 of 201011 filed by the petitioner for fixation of tax of Holding No. 673 of Ward No. 16 (New) of Giridh Municipality, if the same has not already been disposed of.
This writ application accordingly stands disposed of.
