23/09.08.2019 It appears from page no. 2 of the order dated 22.07.2019 “ W.P.(C) No. 1797 of 2011 ” has inadvertently been mentioned as “ W.P.(C) No. 1787 of 2011 ” .
The said error is modified to the extent that in the second page of the order dated 22.07.2019 “ W.P.(C) No. 1787 of 2011 ” shall now be read as “ W.P.(C) No. 1797 of 2011 ” .
