The petitioners in this writ petition have prayed for a direction upon the respondents to show cause as to how and under what authority petitioners were not allowed to participate in the bidding process for settlement of country liquor, spiced liquor and foreign liquor for the District of Latehar conducted by the Deputy Commissioner on 9.8.2008.
The grievance of the petitioners therefore relates to the settlement of country liquor, spiced liquor and foreign liquor for the District of Latehar for the period 2008-09.
By efflux of time, the prayer made in this writ petition itself has become infructuous.
This writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of as being infructuous. Pending I.As, if any, stand disposed of.
