11/22.11.2019 It appears that vide order dated 26.02.2019, a report was called for regarding the life status of the appellant.
A report has been submitted on 29.03.2019. As per the report, appellant Rajendra Prasad S/O Surajmal Sao of the present appeal has died one year prior to 29.03.2019. Further vide order dated 29.04.2019, learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps for substitution of appellant namely Rajendra Prasad, but till date no substitution petition has been filed.
In view of the above facts, the appeal has abated and, accordingly is, hereby, disposed of.
