The present petition has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No.100 of 2018 to its original file which has been dismissed for non compliance of peremptory order dated 29.03.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Reasonable reason has been assigned in the present C.M.P. and as such the Civil Review No.100 of 2018 is restored to its original file. Accordingly, the instant C.M.P. stands disposed of.
Applicant is permitted to remove the defect No.6 of the civil review petition within two weeks from today, failing which the civil review petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
