When the case is called out, learned Spl.P.P. for the ACB has produced the letter dated 20.06.2019 written by Superintendent of Police, ACB, Hazaribag addressed to learned Spl.P.P. ACB to this Hon'ble High Court informing that after framing of charge, in this case out of 09 witnesses, 06 witnesses have been examined.
So, in view of the development, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to raise all the points taken in this petition at the appropriate stage.
With the aforesaid liberty, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
