Perused the office note, it appears that in terms of order dated 17.06.2019, the required report has been received.
Perused the report dated 22.06.2019 submitted by Anil Kumar Mishra No. 1, AJC-XVI-cum-Special Judge, CBI, Ranchi, which reveals that in this case charges under Sections 120B read with 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with 13 (1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and out of 12 final form witnesses, 11 witnesses have been examined and still one witness is to be examined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this revision application.

Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the points taken in this petition at the appropriate stage.
