It appears that under order dated 18.07.2019, Cr.M.P. No. 1602 / 2019 was allowed, subject to the deposition of cost of Rs. 1,500/- before the Bandi Kalyan Kosh, Birsa Munda Central Jail, Hotwar Ranchi, but due to typographical error, the case number has been wrongly typed as R.C. 01 (A) / 2018-R, in place of R.C. 02 (A) / 2018-R.
Accordingly, the order dated 18.07.2019 is modified to the extent that in place of R.C. 01 (A) / 2018-R, the case number be read as R.C. 02(A) / 2018-R.
Rest part of order dated 18.07.2019 shall remain intact.
