I.A. No. 8201 of 2019 is a joint compromise petition filed by both the parties. By moving this application, counsel for the petitioner and opposite party(s) submit that both the parties are related to each other and in spur of the moment entire incident had taken place. There was no intention to commit murder of any of the victims. It has been submitted that since better sense has prevailed amongst the parties, they have amicably settled the dispute. It has been submitted by both the parties that the offence is not against the society rather it is restricted to two groups who are relatives. Both the parties submits that in view of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Yogendra Yadav & Ors Vrs. State of Jharkhand & Anr. Reported in ( 2014) 9 SCC 653 the entire criminal proceeding in connection with Sector -12 P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 1685 of 2016 (S.T. No. 50 of 2018) pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I-Special Judge-FTC, Bokaro be quashed as parties have settled their dispute and no useful purpose will be served to put the petitioners on trial.
