3/ 16.12.2019 This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore W.P.(S) No.2362 of 2018, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 29.01.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the typed copies were filed, but, due to inadvertence, fresh copies were not filed. He submits that he will file the fresh copies within two days.
Considering the submissions of the parties, I am inclined to allow this civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, W.P.(S) No.2362 of 2018 is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the fresh copies should be filed by the petitioner within two days in the Registry.
This civil miscellaneous petition, accordingly, stands allowed.
