The present contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of order dated 19.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.3803 of 2010.
A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties wherein a reasoned order dated 10.10.2019 has been brought on record by complying the order of the Court dated 19.02.2019 passed W.P.(S) No.3803 of 2010.
In view of above fact, the present contempt case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take legal recourse in accordance with law as she thinks fit. Contempt proceedings are dropped.
