The present contempt case has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for not complying the order dated 27^th August, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2921 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in pursuance of the aforesaid order of this Court, a reasoned order contained in memo no.324 dated 30^th March, 2019 has been passed by the Administrator, Subarnrekha Project, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, yet the same has been passed without providing sufficient time to the petitioner to present all the relevant documents before the said authority.

On contrary, learned A.C. to G.P.II submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the Administrator, Subarnrekha Project, Adityapur, Jamshedpur has passed the reasoned order contained in memo no.324 dated 30^th March, 2019 and as such no case of contempt is made out against the opposite party no.2.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the Administrator, Subarnrekha Project, Adityapur, Jamshedpur has passed the reasoned order contained in memo no.324 dated 30^th March, 2019 (Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2), I see no reason to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.

The contempt case is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse against the order contained in memo no.324 dated 30^th March, 2019 as provided under the law, if so advised.
