The present contempt case has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for not complying the order dated 2nd April, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3450 of 2016.
Learned A.C. to S.C. (L&C)-III while referring to paragraph nos.15 and 16 of the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite parties submits that after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent nos.7 and 8 of the writ petition, the Sub Divisional Officer, Bundu (Ranchi)-opposite party no.2 has passed the reasoned order contained in memo no.149(ii) dated 5th March, 2019, a copy of the said order has been annexed as Annexure-I to the show cause affidavit.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that a reasoned order contained in memo no.149(ii) dated 5th March, 2019 has been passed by the opposite party no.2, I see no reason to proceeding further in the mater. The contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
The contempt case is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in memo no.149(ii) dated 5th March, 2019 passed by the opposite party no.2, she may take appropriate recourse as provided under the law.
