It appears that under order dated 10.01.2019, office was directed to issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the informant-Bhagirath Ramani and the warrant of arrest was to be executed through Officer-in-Charge, Parsudih Police Station, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed. Let I.A. be kept on record.
Order of issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest against the informant is hereby recalled.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned A.P.P for its transmission to Officer-in-Charge, Parsudih Police Station, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum.
