Apprehending their arrest in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.125 of 2018 instituted under Sections 425, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners files the certified copy of the joint compromise petition between the parties in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad. Let the same be kept in the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of any injury having been caused to anybody in the occurrence. The allegation of firing is against co-accused namely Niranjan Singh who is not a petitioner in this case. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false and a compromise has been effected to between the parties as is evident from the certified copy of the joint compromise petition. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be given the privileges of anticipatory bail.

Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions of learned counsels and the facts and circumstances stated above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Dhanbad within four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate

1^st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.125 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
