Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 23 of 2019 arising out of Dhab P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018.
Allegation has been levelled that the daughter of the informant was married off to Sandeep Singh with the help of the petitioner. Since the informant could not contact his daughter, it was suspected that her daughter was sold. The statement of the victim has been recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. in which no overtact has been alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma in connection with S.T. No. 23 of 2019 arising out of Dhab P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018.
