The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No. 74/2018.
A theft was committed in the Mobile Shop of the informant and the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Ravidas and Rahul Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2018.
It has been stated that the articles recovered from the possession of the petitioner does not match with the looted articles.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No. 74/2018.
