Three petitioners, who are accused for the offence under Sections 323/341/451/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section ¾ of Prevention of witch(Daain) practice Act, have prayed for bail expressing apprehension of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.662 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and earlier Saria P.S. Case No.49 of 2017 has been instituted against the present complainant by the petitioner, Narendra Kumar Verma on 05.05.2017 and subsequently to that present complaint case has been filed on 20.05.2017 and as such, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the Opposite party no.2 has opposed the prayer for bail but has not disputed the factual aspect of the matter.

Considering the same, this court is inclined to extend the privilege of the anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of his surrender/arrest within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Giridih in connection with Complaint Case No.662 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
