Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 304(B) of the IPC and Section ¾ of the DP Act.
Earlier on 22.11.2018 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. He renews his prayer. This case has been registered under Section 304B of the IPC. The trial is in progress.
Since petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner above named in connection with Pakuria Police Station Case No. 59 of 2015 (G.R. No. 633 of 2015) corresponding to S.T. No. 59 of 2018, pending in the court of learned ADJIst, Pakur stands rejected.
