Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2337 of 2016 registered under Sections 420/465/467/468/491/406/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a certified copy of order sheet of the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Giridih in Bengabad P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 and submits that he has already deposited Rs. 54,000/- in two instalments before the trial court. He further submits that the petitioner is on provisional bail, granted in this case vide order dated 20.06.2018, be affirmed.
