Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 288 of 2017 registered under sections 323/504/457/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under section 323/504/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. P.P. for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties after mediation and in this connection the learned counsel draws attention of this court to annexure-B of the supplementary affidavit dated 10.12.2018. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The learned Addl. P.P. assisted by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that in view of the compromise between the parties, they have no objection for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case where the petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail

bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1^st Class, Koderma, in connection with Complaint Case No. 288 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
