The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 14 of 2018 arising out of Muffasil P. S. Case No. 163 of 2018.
It has been alleged that from the possession of the petitioner 1 kg 20 gm opium was recovered for which he is in custody since 16.07.2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribagh in connection with NDPS Case No. 14 of 2018 arising out of Muffasil P. S. Case No. 163 of 2018.
