Apart from that, petitioner has sought interference in public interest in a matter relating to recruitment to the post of District Mining Officer and Assistant Mining Officer through Jharkhand Public Service Commission, asserting that contrary to the terms and conditions of the advertisement, Commission has chosen to undertake the process of recruitment only through interview.
