- 13/ 05.02.2018 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the Respondent.
- The appellant / wife being aggrieved by the decree of divorce rendered by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Title (Matrimonial) Suit No. 184/2012, judgment and decree dated 21.09.2014, preferred the instant appeal.
- During the pendency of the appeal, both parties participated in the mediation exercise pursuant to our order dated 28.11.2017, which has proved successful. The mediation report at Flag-‘A’ from the Secretary, DLSA, Dhanbad bearing letter no. 03 dated 08.01.2018 also reports about the successful mediation. This was taken note of in our order dated 15.01.2018. The matter was adjourned for the parties to file a joint compromise petition and be present on the next date.
