In the accompanied writ applications, the petitioners have inter alia prayed for direction upon the respondents to

enhance the age of retirement of the petitioners form 60 years to 65 years along with all consequential benefits.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the decision rendered in the case of Dr. Jyotish Chandra Singh & Ors Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors passed in W.P. (S) No. 4071 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents with all fairness does not dispute the submission advanced by counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the specific averments made by counsel for the parties, without delving into the merit of the matter, the writ applications is disposed of in the light of order passed in W.P. (S) No. 4071 of 2017 dated 08.08.2018. Accordingly, the petitioners are at liberty to submit individual representation annexing all relevant materials, before respondent no. 2- Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Govt. of Jharkhand within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, who upon receipt thereof shall do well to consider the representation of the petitioners and shall pass appropriate order with regard to enhancement of age of retirment from 60 to 65, in accordance with Government rules/circulars etc., within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation(s).

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ applications stands disposed of.
