The present CMP has been filed for restoration of Cont. Case (Civil) No. 519 of 2017 to its original file, which has been dismissed for default due to non compliance of the Court’s order dated 10.11.2017.
Considering the grounds, the present CMP is allowed.
Cont. Case (Civil) No. 519 of 2017 is restored to its original
file subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-, which shall be deposited before the Member Secretary, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks.
Accordingly, CMP stands disposed of.
