05/ 14.02.2018 Petitioner has sought relaxation in age to OBC candidates in the matter of appointment under Jharkhand Judicial Service (Recruitment) Rules, 2004 i.e. rule 5(a) as reservation in appointment is given to SC/ST and Women candidates but not to OBC candidates. He has sought a direction upon the Respondents to make a rule for relaxation of age to OBC candidates. Petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the Advertisement No. 11/2015 issued for recruitment of Civil Judge (Junior Division) by the Respondent No. 2 – Chairman, Jharkhand Public Service Commission.
