Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 11.12.2017, the above named petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 1762 of 2017 on certain conditions and they were directed to surrender before the court below by 31.01.2018 but due to some inconvenience by the Bank, the bail bond of the petitioners could not be furnished so, period of surrender may kindly be extended.
In view of above submission, the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in 1762 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below latest by 19.03.2018.
Cr.M.P. No.523 of 2018 stands allowed and disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court through FAX at the cost deposited by the petitioner.
