By way of filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner has prayed for modifying the order dated 6.12.2018 passed in B.A. No. 9665 of 2018, as in the last paragraph of the said order, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as “Ramu @ Rahul Singh” in place of Bittu Kumar @ Raj Deep.
Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, the order dated 6.12.2018 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of order dated 6.12.2018 passed in B.A. No. 9665 of 2018, the name of the petitioner be read as “ Bittu Kumar @ Raj Deep” in place of ‘Ramu @ Rahul Singh’.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX at the earliest.
