2/ 19.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in paragraph 1 of the bail application he had mentioned that the case is pending before the “learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi” in place of “learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh”. He submits that because of this mistake, in the impugned order also it has been typed that the case is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi.
Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, I am inclined to allow this criminal miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, order dated 10.12.2018 passed in B.A. No.9920 of 2018 is hereby modified and the in the last line of the said order the words “Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi” be read as “Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh” .
This criminal miscellaneous petition, thus, stands allowed.
