This application has been filed with a prayer to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner by further four weeks.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had moved anticipatory bail vide A.B.A. No. 1479 of 2016 and this court vide order dated 24.06.2016 had granted anticipatory bail, and had directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of this order, but petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period as petitioner has gone to Surat for his livelihood was not properly informed about the aforesaid order. So, it is prayed that the period for surrender in the court below may kindly be extended by further five weeks.

In view of the above submissions, the order dated 24.06.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 1479 of 2016 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall surrender before the court below on or before 09.04.2018, subject to the condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,500/-( one thousand five hundred) before the Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Clerk Association latest by 22.03.2018.

Cr.M.P. No. 338 of 2018 stands allowed and disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to Secretary/President Jharkhand High Court Clerk Association for intimation.
