It appears that on 02.02.2018, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks adjournment and the same was allowed subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit Rs. 2,000/- before the President / Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Clerk Association latest by 19.02.2018 and file receipt of aforesaid deposition of amount before this Court on the next date of hearing.
Office note reveals that the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 2,000/- in Jharkhand High Court Advocates' Clerk Association has not been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has communicated the order dated 02.02.2018 to the petitioners, but they did not turn up and have not complied the order of this Court.
In the facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioners are not serious in pursuing the case.
Accordingly, this criminal writ petition is dismissed.
