Baldeo Prasad Sahu Alias Baldeo Saw And Ors. Vs The State Of Jharkhand

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. NO. 2644 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand)each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih. in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. NO. 2644 of 2017 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
