Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

On 20.02.2018 notices were issued to the O.P. No.2

Pursuant thereto, both the parties along with their counsel are remain physically present and O.P. No.2 has submitted that she has compromised the matter amicably with the petitioner and she has married with the petitioner on 29.08.2017 and she is living together peacefully and she does not want to pursue her litigation. In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1, Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 24 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
