The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2337 of 2017, for the offence punishable under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned C.J.M., Giridih.
It is alleged that the petitioner is the father of the main accused, who assisted the main accused to kidnap the daughter of the informant. Daughter of the informant is still traceless.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, namely, Ramdhani Paswan, on bail at this stage. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
