Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 323, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted taht the petitioners have been falsely implicated as they have not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.09.2017 passed in ABA No.5341/17 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court on the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs.5000/- each before the court below by way of ad-interim victim compensation.

In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the court below shall release them on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.1547/15, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to further conditions is that the petitioners shall deposit Rs.5000/- each by way of ad-interim victim compensation on the date of surrender before the trial court.

After deposition of the said amount, the trial court is directed to issue notice upon complainant/O.P.No.2 and on her appearance and after proper verification, the trial court shall release the aforesaid amount in her favour.
