The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nirsa P.S Case No. 134 of 2015 corresponding to G.R No. 1777 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/409/420/120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Dhanbad
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Learned A.P.P opposed the bail Case diary called for has been received from which it appears that there is allegation made against the petitioner.
In view of the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner in the Case diary,I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
