It appears that in terms of order dated 08.08.2018 and 05.12.2018, letter dated 03.12.2018 submitted by Sr. Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum, Jamshdpur has been received which reveals that petitioner has surrendered on 22.11.2018 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Godda and departmental proceeding has been initiated against him vide District Order No. 4563/18.
In view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed. The matter is consigned.
