Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 323, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
On 20.06.2018 a report was called for from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro as to whether what amount has been paid by the petitioner to the O.P. No.2 in connection with M.P. Case No. 55 of 2014.
Perused the report of Principal Judge Family Court, Bokaro dated 21.07.2018, which reveals that total maintenance amount was Rs. 1,68,000/- out of which Rs. 51,000/- has been paid and Rs. 1,17,000/- is lying due against interim maintenance.
In view of the fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
