Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 379, 306, 406, 494, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the D.P. Act.

Under order dated 14.03.2018, with consent of the parties the matter was referred to the JHALSA for mediation.

Perused the report of mediator dated 11.04.2018, which reveals that parties have settled their matter with certain terms and conditions. Let the terms and agreement be part of the bail order.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 3353 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., subject to the further condition that one of the bailors shall be local resident.

If the terms and agreements between the parties before the Mediator violated by the petitioner, the O.P. No.2 is at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
