Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is old land disputed between the parties . It is also submitted that petitioners and informant are own gotias.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 and learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 766 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
